Just a few months ago, it seemed unimaginable that any other technology could surpass Google Search. Google Search has become so integral to our daily routines that it’s hard to imagine life without it.

There has been a significant change with the introduction of AI-powered chatbots like ChatGPT, Bard, and Bing Chat. I have been using these chatbots, and my reliance on Google searches has decreased by 80%.

AI chatbots have fulfilled the role that search was meant to play. They directly answer questions, eliminating the need to sift through countless search results. Instead of being inundated with many options, we prefer straightforward responses to everyday inquiries.

AI chatbots can remember context, engage in conversation, comprehend language, and respond in a human-like and intelligent manner.

You don’t have to worry about writing perfect English anymore. Just share your thoughts; it will edit, clean up, and give you professional-looking messages.

Can we conclude that search engines will see Kodak’s moment, or will we see a gradual decline? We may get to see this in the coming months.

However, there are some serious issues AI-based chatbots need to work out, the problem of hallucinations and coming up with made-up results. One should find a way to avoid deterministic answers given by AI Chatbot based on the biased web input it sources to train. We don’t want to get trapped in a single narrative world.
