Learning has changed in the LLM world.

It has been more than a few months since I started using the LLM (chatGPT, Bard, and Bing Chat). My approach to learning has changed profoundly.

I no longer use Google as a search tool, Bard Google has evolved as an answering tool. There is no need to search for answers. The need for browsing multiple sites is eliminated.

The only prerequisite is now one should know to ask questions. Keep your curiosity up and start asking questions. Like peeling an onion, start asking questions to understand a topic and to find connections and correlations.

Learning any topic can be simplified by asking questions. Our brain is designed to make connections through associations, which are created by the questions we ask. The more questions we ask, the more links are formed. Therefore, no topic is too complicated to learn. LLM’s will help fast-track this.

Why we are not seeing the impact of the changes that we are seeing today due to these new LLMs? It is a known truth, that any new technology will take its time to show itself off. People take time to assimilate any technology. Though the mobile phone was invented in 1973 by Motorola, it took almost three decades to get accepted by society. However, my hunch is LLM will see faster adoption.
